What to Do If You Can't Log In

Locked out? It happens. Here are the most common reasons players can't get into their accounts — and what to do about each one.

  • Wrong password — Double-check caps lock and make sure you're not adding extra spaces. If you've genuinely forgotten it, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset via your mobile number.
  • Wrong username or number — Try the other format. Some accounts are registered with a mobile number, some with a chosen username. If you registered with your number, use that.
  • Account not yet verified — If you signed up but never completed mobile verification, your login may be blocked. Go through the OTP step first.
  • Browser or cache issue — Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Sometimes a stale session causes login to loop.
  • Account suspended — If you believe your account was suspended in error, reach out via the contact details in the footer. The support team can clarify your account status.
Note: P897 will never ask for your password via chat or email. If anyone contacts you asking for your login details, that is not official P897 support.

Keeping Your Account Secure

Your P897 account holds your balance, your bonus history, and your personal details — so it's worth treating security seriously. A few habits that go a long way:

  • Use a password that's unique to P897. Don't reuse passwords across apps and services.
  • Enable OTP verification so that logins from new devices require your phone to confirm.
  • Log out after every session if you're on a shared phone or computer.
  • Keep your registered mobile number active and accessible — it's your primary recovery method.
  • If you notice any login activity you don't recognize, contact support right away through the details in our About Us page.
